We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Appart'City offered everything we needed for our cycling trip. the staff provided excellent service, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It was great value for money and had all the amenities we required. The location was convenient for canal walks and there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Cons: Liked everything about our stay! 😊.

Clean and comfortable, with cooking facilities all provided. Receptionist / manager gave us city details on arrival without being asked - now that is service!
Bed springs twanged whenever you moved!

Good value and comfortable for a short self-catering stay. Not an attractive location but perfectly safe and very easy parking. There is a lidl store a few hundred metres away so that's the place to get your provisions.

great front desk staff spoke english found storage for our bikes great service at breakfast .
short of pillow in room, no one to ask after staff left, not a deal breaker.its called an apartment hotel, eg it has a kitchen, why no kettle they cost 6 quid, after cycling 80 miles with no cup of tea at the end, again not a deal breaker but there should be one. hope this is usefull, will use it again on my next visit, will bring my own kettle !!

This hotel is a great option if you are looking to explore the city and are not traveling by car. It is located a bit away from the city center, but I easily cycled from St Malo, which was a beautiful ride. the room was comfortable, quiet, and clean, perfect for families. the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome.
The hotel does not have air conditioning, which could be a bit uncomfortable during hot days.

It was ok..
It was too far away from the town. The day i stayed, the offices made a party an d the music was really too loud all over the morning and afternoon! Not the best thing for a place who has a reputation of being "calm". Especially if you have to work and concentrate!

Very clean fair price
Poor equipment in kitchen for a supposed self-catering place. Hopeless kitchen tools.

had a great stay at this place! location was perfect for me - right off the cycle path. room was clean and comfy with a handy kitchenette. no issues with reception - got easy access instructions via text. great value for money, will definitely come back!
Carpet in suite was stained and smelly.

The concept of a self-catering travel inn was new to me (they don't exist in the uk) and it seemed like a very good idea. The room was good value for money, although breakfast was expensive. The bathroom was very clean but the main room carpet was dirty and needed another vacuum. The tv had a good selection of international and French tv channels. Being close to Lidl was useful, and having a fridge, sink and microwave in the room. It was a good idea having the communal lights on energy saving. The sofa-bed was ok for a short stay, but not for longer. Overall, I would recommend it and stay again.
The carpet was not very clean, and did not look like it had been vacuumed, and the bed blanket had bits of hair and crumbs on it. Larger cups in the kitchen would have been useful, and a kettle instead of a coffee machine. Breakfast seemed very expensive.

Although the smallest type of room they had, it was all so well laid out that it managed to include a decent size bathroom, with a very good shower, and a kitchenette to allow self catering. Staff were pleasant and helpful when contacted with questions by email before arrival, and in person when I got there. Well located on outskirts of The city in a quiet area on a business park so no local noise evenings and weekend. Easy to reach the city centre on very reasonably priced frequent public transport. A safe place for single travellers with security code on the door for unstaffed times. Lidl store a couple of minutes walk away for provisions. Although Bookings.com said linen was at a surcharge, this was actually provided free, and changed once mid week which Was a nice surprise.
The bed was a sofa bed which whilst perfectly comfortable, had terribly irritating squeaky springs. Some people may not like the fact it is not staffed 24 hours like a normal hotel. Not a problem for me, but maybe an emergency contact number would have been good in case anything went wrong when not there, E.G. all day Sunday. My electrics tripped Saturday eve and if I had not managed to work out what to do I would have been stuck in the dark until monday.

Convenient facilities for cooking breakfast and evening meal. Comfortable rooms.
Inconsistent hot water supply, with no water available for my partner after a lukewarm shower. Second room had dog hair on the floor and was not cleaned properly.

Reception closes at 7pm. Staff dont always contact the guests who are arriving late to inform the codes. Check out at 10:30am. One of the staff was rude. Definitely not going there again.
